Refund Policy

01 Free courses

Free courses involve no payment, so no refund applies.

02 Recorded courses and bundles

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. For bundles, progress is counted across all courses in the bundle.

After 7 days, or once more than 20% of the content has been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.

03 Live cohorts

You can request a full refund at any time before the second live session of your batch. After the second live session, the fee is non-refundable.

If we cancel a batch, or move its start date and the new schedule doesn’t work for you, you will receive a full refund.

04 How to request a refund

Write to radha@pingmylab.in or message us on WhatsApp +91 76781 05700 from your registered email or phone number, with:

• the name and email address used for the purchase,
• the course name and the date of purchase,
• the payment or order ID from your receipt.

05 How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show the credit. Access to the course ends once the refund is issued.

06 When refunds don’t apply

• Requests made after the time limits above.
• Accounts suspended for breaching our Terms of Use , for example by sharing login access or recording and redistributing course content.

07 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
